Stains case: Police officers referred to criminal court
Two years after the incident, the police officers who shot and wounded Nordine and Merryl in Stains will face justice.

On Monday December 18th, the police officers from the Stains Anti-Criminality Unit who shot Nordine and Merryl were referred to a criminal court for trial.
On October 4th, 2022, INDEX published a counter-investigation into the circumstances surrounding the serious injuries sustained by Nordine and Merryl, who were hit by eight shots fired by police officers from the Stains Anti-Criminality Unit.
