Adnane Nassih case: Trial requested for police officer
Adnane Nassih, wounded by an LBD in Brunoy in 2020, will see his attacker brought before a criminal court. This was announced by the Evry public prosecutor’s office, following an investigation by Libération and INDEX.

On Friday December 22nd, Libération revealed that the Evry public prosecutor’s office had requested a criminal court trial for Yann T., the Anti-Criminality Unit officer who fired the LBD that blinded Adnane Nassih on February 22nd, 2020 in Brunoy.
On May 4th, 2021, in partnership with Libération, INDEX published a video counter-investigation into the circumstances of Adnane Nassih’s eye-socket injury. Our investigation was added to the judicial file on the case.
